In her capacity as a singer, songwriter, and a member of the Grammy Nominated & Stellar Award-winning group JJ Hairston & Youthful Praise, Ayana has graced numerous prestigious platforms, including The Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), ABC Networks BET, The Word Network, The Impact Network, and WATC, as well as Fox 5. She has shared the stage with Grammy Award-winning artists from a wide range of musical genres, such as Israel Houghton, Tye Tribbett, Fred Hammond, Karen Clark Sheard, Kim Burrell, Wess Morgan, Travis Green, Michael McDonald, and more. Beyond her musical talents, Ayana has also been featured as an actress, making appearances in musicals and on the big screen, alongside gospel legend Shirley Murdock Tyler Perry in the motion picture, "Madea's Family Funeral, and Kirk Franklin in the Lifetime Movie Network’s “A Kirk Franklin Christmas." She is an ordained minister of the gospel, with decades of experience leading and managing teams in ministry. Ayana holds a Business Management degree from the prestigious Berklee College of Music and two doctoral degrees in Divinity and Sacred Music from the School of the Great Commission Theological Seminary.
In the corporate arena, she overseas a team of bid management professionals for the Financial Institutions Group at Fiserv Corporation, a Fortune 500 company serving over 6 million merchants worldwide. Her impactful work has played a crucial role in securing millions of dollars in revenue for the company. Ayana is not just a trailblazer in her professional life but also a devoted advocate in her community. She is a member of the NAACP, Technology Association of Georgia, PayTech Women, and has served as the
Co-Chair of the Legacy Girls Program and a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women on the Public Policy and Economic Empowerment Committees. These roles allow her to champion the rights and well-being of African American women and girls across the nation.
Beyond her professional and advocacy pursuits, Ayana is the visionary founder of Kingdom Girls Rock, a non-profit organization with a mission to empower and impact the lives of women, motivating them to excel in every facet of their lives. Through Kingdom Girls Rock, hundreds of women have received educational resources, tools, and community services throughout the state of Georgia. Ayana's heart is undeniably devoted to the betterment of people's lives, and she relentlessly strives to bring about transformative change in the lives of those she encounters.
